ARC staff work to establish comfortable and nurturing homes for adults with a primary diagnosis of mental retardation, allowing residents to express themselves and develop additional skills for more independent living. Homes, apartments and condominiums are located throughout Greenwich and Stamford and are indistinguishable from a typical family home.
