Where residents receive less than 24 hour supervision. Placed by the CT Department of Mental Retardation, residents rent their own apartment by themselves or with a roommate of their choice. ARC provides assistance in budgeting, menu planning, food purchases and preparation, connection to family and community leisure activities, assistance with health issues or other areas needing attention. Currently, ARC supports 11 adults in this type of supported living.
