ARC’s Adult Division assists individuals with special needs to realize their fullest potential and live in the community as a participating member of their community.

Valued friendships, a good job, a comfortable place to live and making your own choices are live dreams we all have. ARC endeavors to fulfill the dreams of adults with special needs. The supports ARC provides are determined by identifying each person’s dreams through specific planning processes like MAPS or PATH, developed by nationally-recognized leaders like Marsha Forest and Jack Pierpoint. The supports and services each person receives may vary depending upon his/her individual dream plan.
